Clamp To Suit Forma Desk Lamp
Add-on clamp enables our FORMA task lamp to be mounted onto a desk top, book shelf, head board or similar. Chrome plated thread, screws up to firmly hold the black bracket onto the mounting surface. Forma lamp is then inserted into the 11mm diameter hole on the top. Allen key (provided) tightens the grub screw to hold the lamp in place. The chrome arm of the lamp still moves freely into the desired position.
