At Lighting Superstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your illumination choices; if a fixture isn't perfect for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and in uninstalled condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the fixture securely in its original manufacturer's box, ensuring all crystals, hardware, and instruction manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the carton and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned lighting for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
